Jeremy is a Loan Officer that works in California. He enjoys using his personal experiece as a special needs father to work with families to utilize IHSS and SSI to make homeownership obtainable. As a retired veteran he specialies in VA loans.

I am Kirby Morgan, a mom with ADHD raising two very different brothers.
I am married to my best friend, my protector, and my hero Jeremy. Jeremy served the Navy for 20 years and today works in a field supporting Veterans helping them use their benefits to become homeowners.
Jayden my oldest son is turning 13 in July and Jaxon my youngest just turned 10.
Jayden was diagnosed with severe autism almost 11 years ago before there were levels, and then Refractory Epilipsey one month later.
Jaxon is the best brother, a mini advocate, and a spitfire who we are still figuring out his neurodivergent needs.
Through my unique journey of raising my sons. I found my passion for Education Advocacy and helping parents understand the IEP process.
I have had to learn how to change from an angry advocate that demanded justice to one who works collaboratively with school districts and parents all over the country.
Jayden just recently discovered his love of horseback riding and Jaxon somehow took soccer tots and rode all the way to flight one club soccer.
Our family loves traveling which has recently become possible after years of hard work and failed attempts. We always sprinkle Autism awareness and strive to continue to advocate while supporting parents on similar journies.
